Membership in DGLN is open to those companies that are active and
specialize in the shipping of Dangerous Goods and related
commodities. We
have a very strict membership pre-qualification process that seeks
to establish your company's bona-fides as experts in this field. As a
member of DGLN you can expect referral business generated from
shipper quotation requests and through other Members of our global network. Membership is only open to those
Companies that can demonstrate that they have substantial experience
in Dangerous Goods.
The Membership Process:
Our Membership Process is simple and on-line. There are no
application fees. There are 2 simple involved: A
Membership Questionnaire, and
then EITHER complete our
Membership Test OR submit
supporting documentation to demonstrate your DG expertise in the
form of DG/Hazmat Certificates. Within a maximum of 5 business days, your application will be reviewed
by the DGLN Membership Committee and the resulting decision
notified to you. If your application is accepted, you will be
sent an invoice covering both Membership and Conference Fee. Upon payment,
all existing
Members will be notified and your Company added to the
Members
section of the DGLN website - you will then be eligible to
participate in our Member benefits.

This category of membership is open to those companies that
offer the full range of international logistics/transportation
and freight forwarding services and are
willing to adopt the DGLN concept of Global Branding which
includes adopting the Corporate Name and Tradestyle of
Dangerous Goods Logistics - i.e. Dangerous
Goods Logistics (Manila), Inc. Exclusive Members
will be required to sign a Name Lease Agreement and adhere to
other requirements as issued from time to time.

offer services ancillary to those offered by Full Members and
include DG Packing and Crating Companies, DG Consultants and

Note (1) - A US$395 surcharge is applied to
all Full (not Affiliate) Membership Fees representing the
attendance fee of one (1) participant at the annual DGLN
Conference in Bangkok - payable whether or not the Member
attends.
Note (2) - The above fees refer to the
Member's Primary/Headquarter Location. Additional
offices will be at 35% of the relevant charges listed above. |
Founders Members:
Members joining DGLN and participating in our annual conference will be considered as DGLN Founder Members and will
have certain on-going privileges such as guaranteed no increase in
Membership Fees,
seating at the annual conference, rights to the Founder Member logo,
etc.
Non-Exclusive Network:
Membership of DGLN is non-exclusive - we have no restrictions on
which overseas partner/agent you work with (although we do expect
priority to be given to other DGLN Members!). With the
exception of only allowing only one (1) DGLN Exclusive Member in each
location, DGLN will not limit on the number
of other categories of Members in each location - regardless of the size of the market.
Priority will be given to Full Exclusive Members in each location in
advance of other types of Membership.
Membership Termination:
Membership in DGLN can be terminated based on resignation,
substantiated complaints from other Members, failure to maintain
your DG Qualifications, non-adherence to generally acceptable
quality standards and/or on non-payment of Membership Fees, etc.
